Discussion & Decision: Approval of Claim for CDBG Revolving Loan Fund to Big Sky Western State Bank for $50,000. Ms. Kamerman explained that the loan was previously approved in a public meeting and discussed in a Work Session meeting. The owners of the Coffee Pot bakery are selling the business to one of their kids and spouse. Commissioner White made a motion to authorize the payment of a claim in the amount of $50,000 to Big Sky State Bank for the CDBG Revolving Loan Fund. Commissioner Seifert seconded the motion.
